The UEEH could not exist nor survive without the support of local communities. The graceful provision by the city of Marseille of the École Superieure des Beaux-Arts (ESBAM), and the loan of equipment essential to the logistics of such an event inscribe the city in the collective work and policy against discrimination implemented in the UEEH.
The financial support of the General Council of the Bouches-du-Rhone, especially to enable the association to have an operating budget in line with their needs and a necessary investment budget, places it among the political actors engaged in supporting an audience largely discriminated against.
Contacts have been regularly made with the Regional Council of Provence-Alpes-Cote d’Azur, which supported the action of the the UEEH repeatedly to obtain financing and thus include it with us into what is a perennial event, an element of European history of LGBTQI people.
