-Ensuite, les inscriptions (remise des clés et badges) cette année se feront dans le hall du bâtiment E où la plupart de nos logements se trouveront. Elles auront lieu de 10h30 à 12h30 et de 18h30 à 20h30.

-Au cours de ton inscription, tu recevras des documents que nous te conseillons de lire attentivement, ainsi qu'une invitation à l'assemblée générale extraordinaire prévue le samedi 24 juillet. Une documentation relative à cette AGE te sera remise lors de ton inscription.

-Pour que ton inscription se déroule au mieux, munis toi d'un chèque de 45 euros, qui ne sera pas encaissé, pour la caution de ta chambre et de ta carte d'étudiant si tu en as une, afin de pouvoir justifier auprès du CROUS ton tarif réduit.

-Dernier petit conseil avisé et tout à fait sérieux malgré son aspect fantaisiste, pense à amener une lampe de poche. Le chemin entre l'ESBAM et les bâtiments E et F ou nous logerons n'est pas du tout éclairé la nuit.

Last newsletter before the UEEH starts,

At last, here we are, this last newsletter aims to give or remind you some usefull information before your arrival at the UEEH.

First, from the 15th on, our internet access will be uneasy, mybe impossible. Therefore, in case you did not register yet by email, you can register directly in Luminy. For schedules, registration times, etc, you can use the UEEH voicemail : +33 6 77 26 35 32.

Registration will take place in the building "E" where we all will be accomodated. Registration times are : from 10:30 till 12:30 and from 18:30 till 20:30 everyday.

When you register, you will get some documents you should read carefully, as well as an invitation the General Extraordinary Assembly, planned on Saturday the 24th. A documentation about this will be given to you at your arrival.

You will need to leave us a 45€ euro check (or cash) for deposit for the bedroom and keys, we will give it back to you at your departure.

Don't forget your student card if you have one, in order to justify the reduced fares at the student hall administration.

Last advice, as the way from Fine Arts School and the student halls is very dark at night, bringing a flashlight can be very usefull!
