UEEH 2025 Announcement
Greetings to all !
Practical information
Like last year, the 2025 edition of the UEEH will be held at the Lycée agricole Jean-Monnet in the town of Vic-en-Bigorre (65). It will take place from Monday the 11th of August to Thursday the 21st of August.
Registration will open on Sunday the 15th of June at 3 p.m.
In previous years, we have found that the ‘first come, first served’ basis policy creates inequities in access to registrations. This is why we are setting up a draw for registrations this year.
There will still be prioritized places, and the opportunity to come as a group. You can find more information on this on our website: UEEH Inscriptions 2025.The link to the registration form will be communicated on the 15th of June at the latest.
Resisting authoritarianism
This year, the UUEH’s theme is resistance to authoritarianism. This theme is an invitation to meet, exchange and connect to face together the pressure regimes affecting queer people and marginalized communities.
We encourage you to read it in full : UEEH Theme 2025
The UEEH program is built on site, but also ahead of time. If you wish to propose a workshop, a discussion, an activity… so that it can be part of the pre-programme, you are welcome to email educpop [@] ueeh.net to submit your proposal to the EducPop commission of the UEEH.
Supporting the International Commission
The International Commission is the group that works so that participants living outside Europe can come to the edition.
This year we are keeping up this work with coordinations from Maghreb, Middle East, West and East Africa.
In order to make the edition as accessible as possible, financial support is needed.

Call for Archives!
The ATACI commission seeks to gather traces of the editions of the last 15 years in order to continue the collective memory work of the UEEH.
Email us at contact [@] ueeh.net your photos, videos, posters, audio recording, drawings, workshop notes or texts that tell a memorable moment of UEEH.
Party, daily life, workshops, river, political discussion, any trace is welcome.
We will then make a selection and anonymize the archives to keep it afterwards.
Don’t forget to specify the year and context of each document 😃
The welcome team is recruiting!
There are already 5 of us working on how you’ll be welcomed this year. We need more people to help us on site to keep the welcome center alive, answer people’s questions, welcome them, redirect them and create a nice place to settle down. Don’t hesitate to join us!
