Opening of registrations

The registration form for UEEH 2026 is open: https://registration.ueeh.net/f/ObxlvkZ7ElWC

The registration form will be open until Sunday, June 7 at midnight (Paris time).
To register, it is imperative to have replied before this deadline.

On June 8, the registrants will be drawn by lot to form a random waiting list. People at the top of the waiting list will have a seat. If you have a seat, you will be asked to confirm your registration, if not, you will be kept informed of the advancement of the waiting list.

If, for any reason, you are unable to fill out this form as it is currently, send us an email at registration@ueeh.net or contact us on Signal at username @ueeh.26 so we can complete your registration together.

Things to know before registering

The edition will take place from August 1 to August 12.

It will be possible to arrive over two periods: August 1 or 2, and August 6 or 7. For people who need to arrive on another date, please contact us!

Support the International Commission

The International Commission is the group that works so that participants living outside Europe can come to the edition.

This year we are keeping up this work with coordinations from Burkina Faso, Burundi, Morocco, Egypt, Benin, Côte d’Ivoire, China, Senegal, Togo, Sri Lanka, Lebanon, Mozambique, Kenya, Soudan et Congo.

In order to make the edition as accessible as possible, financial support is needed.
